IP address authorisation
This section will explain our technical area for adding an IP address to your Echo for Email account. You will find this option within the Advanced area of Echo for Email. The IP address list will only allow authenticated IP addresses to send messages on your account. This prevents fraudulent transactions from occurring on your service.
Account Selector Tool
This option allows you to select an account to add your domain servers IP address to. If you are assigned to only one account, this will be the only one you can select. Multiple accounts will be listed within a drop down menu and can be selected to view or modify the current IP addresses attached to that service.
Add IP Address Box
This area is designed to allow you to add an IP address. To authorise an IP for Echo for Email, simply write in the outgoing IP address of your mail server and select save. You can add as many IP address ranges you wish to authenticate on this page.
