Esendex.net Exchange 2007 and 2010
- Open Exchange Management Console
- Expand Organization Configuration
- Right-click Hub Transport and select New Send Connector
The first step of the New SMTP Send Connector wizard asks you enter a Name and Select the intended use for this Send connector. Enter a friendly name for the connector, for example ‘Esendex Connector’ and select Internet for the intended use.
- Click Next.
- Click Add to add an Address Space and enter esendex.net in the Domain field.
- Click OK.
- Click Next.
- Under Network Settings select Route mail through the following smart hosts
- Click Add to add a smart host
- Select Fully qualified domain name (FQDN) and enter ems.esendex.net
- Click OK
- Click Next
- Configure smart host authentication by selecting Basic Authentication
- Enter your Esendex username in the following format:
- <Account Reference>\<Username>
- Enter your account password
- Click Next
- Select the Source Server
- Click Next
- Click New
- Click Finish to complete the SMTP Send Connector Wizard.
