Echo for Email new user

If you have multiple staff within your company you will want to give everyone their own login this will mean they can send email from their own accounts, rather than needing access to a shared account, and also give you the ability to track usage.

To set up a user for Echo for Email is easy. We will show you how in 5 easy steps:

  • Step 1 -  Simply enter the email address you wish to invite in the form on the right of the page, or if you have a large number of users to add select the “Adding multiple users?” link.

  • Step 3 – An email will be sent to the address(es) you have used. Please  follow the instructions provided within the email. If you are a new user to Esendex It will also provide you with a link to create a new password for your Esendex account. The emails will be sent in whatever language you have your login set to. So if you see the interface in French the email will be sent in French. As such if you need the message to be sent in a different language you can temporarily change your account settings.

  • Step 4-  Once you have replied we will authorise your email address and IP address. Another email will be provided back to your email account to confirm that you have been successfully set up for this service.

  • Step 5- Once you are a confirmed user you may now use Echo for Email. To send a message simply go to your email service for the address you have set up, and enter a telephone number in the To field of your email. The format for sending an email to SMS messages is mobilenumber@echoemail.net (e.g 44***********@echoemail.net)
  • Step 6- Enjoy sending your messages.
