My new user activation link has timed out
If you’ve been sent an email from your account administrator adding you to their Echo web account, you’ll have been sent an activation link; for security reasons, if not clicked, this link will time out.
You can contact the person that sent the email; their email address will be in the email you received, they will be able to get the link sent out again.
Or if you can’t get a response, just use the forgotten password method to get a password.
