How can I check my credit balance?

When you login to Echo’s web interface here, your balance is displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

How can I purchase or add credits online?

When you login to Echo’s web interface here, just below the balance you can buy credit online.

If you can’t see this button on the right, you may need to click on the Esendex logo on the top left to return to the home page, or you may not have user permissions to make a purchase.

Can I check when my messages expire?

Messages expire 12 months after purchase, this will be detailed on your invoice. If you don’t have this to hand contact a member of our sales team on sales@esendex.com or call  0845 356 5758

Can I pay monthly rather than PAYG?

We can offer a couple of different tariff options for monthly payment. Please call our UK SMS experts on 0845 356 5758 to discuss your requirements.

How do I get a copy of an Invoice?

We recently released a new feature that allows your customer administrators to download copies of recent invoices.

You can access this at https://admin.esendex.com or by clicking the Administration button at the top right when you are logged in.

If this button is greyed out, then you don’t have permission to access it, you’ll need the account owner to contact us via support@esendex.com to ask that you are granted access.

Please note that there are two types of administrator user:

Account Administrators: who can configure your sending account and add users

Customer Administrators: who can download invoices and move PAYG credits and increase Post Pay credit limits; This access can only be granted by our support team so please contact us with details of your last invoice (for validation) via support@esendex.com and we’ll get this arranged for you.
