Depending on how you are running your campaigns for sending SMS, then you may need to download copies of all the messages you have sent, perhaps for reporting or invoice reconciliation.

In the Sent items area of Echo there is a menu option of Download messages:

From here you’ll be presented with a list of the files available (at this time you can download files going back 6 months).

Just click on Download to the entire month’s data as a csv or Excel file. If you’ve sent a lot of messages, it may take a little time to download depending on your internet connection.

You’ll be able to open it in most spreadsheet programs, and the file contains the following columns:
