How do I update my email address?

If you’ve changed your email address, and would like to use your new email address to log into Esendex, you’ll need to create a new user and then delete the old one.

If you are an administrator then you can simply log in using your current details, and create the new user following these instructions; you’ll then need to log in as the new user to be able to delete the old one.

If you have any other user role, you’ll need to ask your organisation’s administrator to do this for you.
